Why one-time, not subscription
A job search should end. Subscription CV tools are priced on the hope you forget them; this category's best-documented feature is the cancellation trap. We'd rather be the tool you finish with, recommend, and come back to by choice.
If you're searching continuously — portfolio careers, contracting — a $29/month unlimited plan exists on request. It's deliberately not the default.
What happens when access ends
Your documents stay yours. Everything you exported is on your machine; your data stays viewable and downloadable in your account. Access expiry only pauses the creation of new tailored versions and worksheet edits.
The refund, plainly: full refund within 7 days unless you've exported a document — because for a document product, the export is the value. That's the whole policy; it's the same one you'll see at checkout when we launch.
