3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse and improve your CV. To provide these features, we share certain information with third-party service providers:

3.1 Anthropic

We use Anthropic's Claude API to power our AI features, including CV analysis, content suggestions, and skills extraction. When you use these features, relevant portions of your CV content are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy and data processing agreements. Anthropic does not use data submitted via API to train their models.

3.2 Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using MongoDB cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

3.3 Hosting

Our application is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security measures.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Service (as described in Section 3)

• CV Content: Retained until you delete individual CVs or your account
• Worksheet Data: Retained until you delete your account
• Usage Analytics: Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

5a. Anonymous Analysis Data

Users who are not logged in can use our free CV Analyzer tool to upload a CV and receive an ATS compatibility score. CV data uploaded by anonymous (non-logged-in) users is automatically deleted after 2 hours. We do not retain anonymous CV data beyond this period. No account is created and no personal data is stored for anonymous users beyond the temporary analysis.

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
