CV Optimisation was born from a frustration we witnessed daily in our recruitment work. Time and again, we saw talented professionals—people with impressive experience and genuine potential—struggling to land interviews. The problem wasn't their qualifications. It was their CVs.

As recruiters, we've seen both sides of the story. We've watched brilliant candidates send out dozens of applications with little response, their confidence eroding with each rejection. Meanwhile, we knew exactly why their CVs weren't making it through: formatting that confused applicant tracking systems, unclear value propositions, or simply too much effort required from a time-pressed recruiter to understand their story.
